Eisteddfod Success

The Hall State School Boys Choir celebrating achieving First Place with "Detectives in Disguise".
Mrs Hiron and the students in all of our choirs have been rewarded for their hard work during practices and rehearsals with these great results from the 2017 Rockhampton Eisteddfod.
The Hall State School Boys Choir achieved First place in their section singing "Detectives in Disguise". The Hall State School Senior Choir also won their section at the Rockhampton Eisteddfod. They sang "Go For Broke" and "The Music Connection”.
Our Junior Choir sang "Don Gato" and came second. Our Year 5 Folk Group also placed second with "Over the Sea to Skye". Our Year 6 Folk Group sang beautifully but weren't awarded a place with "Old MacDonald". We would like to congratulate all of our choir students and Mrs Hiron on this wonderful effort.
