The Hall State School is 100 years old and has some older buildings, many of which have been refurbished. These have been supplemented by newer buildings including a purpose built double Prep facility, a newly renovated multipurpose area, a new library and a science technology innovation centre. All rooms in the school are fully air-conditioned. The school grounds, although small, are well kept. This is reflected by the many prizes won in the city gardening competitions.
Our Information Communication Technology facilities feature over 120 modern computers as well as having all classrooms connected to the school network with modern infrastructure. The school has a dedicated computer laboratory.
The Hall State School also includes the Conference on North, which is used as a Conference Centre.
Our sporting facilities include two tennis courts, a basketball/netball court, practice cricket wickets and an oval. There are three dedicated infant playgrounds as well as an undercover play area. The school has a number of shaded garden areas and a bus shelter.
The Hall State School Enrichment Centre supports approximately 10% of the school population in an inclusive classroom setting. We are committed to working in partnership with parents, carers and the wider community to achieve the best possible outcomes for all students.
